Directions:

  1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices
  2. Part boil/blanche them and then fry
  3. Fry the onion and add to the beans
  4. Add garlic powder, oregano and Italian herbs to the beans
  5. Fry your bacon, gammon, tomatoes and mushrooms
  6. Heat your beans and onion
  7. Serve up
  8. Grate smoked cheese over beans
  9. Enjoy!
