Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Handful of grapes
  • 1 mango
  • 1 Apple
  • Handful of black kale
  • Tropical juice
  • 1 peach
  • Teaspoon of ginger powder (optional)
clear glass bottle filled with broccoli shake

Directions:

  1. Cut up all of your fruit into small and medium bits and put into the blender
  2. Fill your blender up half way with tropical juice
  3. Whizz it up until everything has turned into the consistency you desire. I liked mine so it still had a few bits in it.
  4. Enjoy!
