• Oil of choice
  • Half an onion
  • Handful of black olives
  • 2 mushrooms
  • Can of red kidney beans
  • Soya mince
  • Garlic
  • Chilli
  • Ginger
  • Flax
  • Red cooking wine
  • 3/4 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Chinese spices
  • Paprika
  • Grate soya cheese on top when in baking tray thing
  • 4 medium potatoes

  1. Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees
  2. Dice and fry your onion in a large pan
  3. Chop up and add your olives and then your mushrooms shortly after.
  4. Drain your kidney beans and add them to your pan
  5. Add your soya mince in small bits to the pan after loosening it up in the bag (I did this by hitting it against the wall). By adding the mince small bits at a time, you can work out how much you actually want to use.
  6. After that, add a capful of cooking red wine, coconut oil and a shake of ground flax seed
  7. Then season your food with garlic, chilli, Chinese spices, paprika and ginger
  8. After everything is mixed in well, flatten your mixture onto a ceramic baking tray and grate soya cheese on top.
  9. Next, cut your potatoes into thin slices and part boil
  10. Once, they are part boiled, neatly put them on your mince mixture, making them overlap slightly.
  11. Put a thin drizzle of oil on top.
  12. Cover with tin foil and cook for 20-30 mins.
  13. Then, take the foil off and cook for another 20-30 minutes.
  14. Enjoy!
