Mini Chocolate, Nutty Flapjacks

Ingredients:

  • 120g of dairy free spread (I used Violife)
  • 125g Oats
  • 50g Dark Chocolate
  • Table spoon of Fruit Syrup
  • Sprinkle of Desiccated Coconut
  • Handful of Musli with Nuts (I used Simply Sumptuous)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°
  2. Melt your dairy free spread in a pan
  3. Add you dark chocolate to the pan and heat and mix together until both are melted
  4. Slowly add your oats to the pan, mixing them in with the melted chocolate and dairy free spread.
  5. Add your fruit syrup, desiccated coconut and musli
  6. Spread out on a tub and cook in the oven for 30 mins
  7. When your flapjacks are cooked, let them cool off on the side for a few minutes and let  them become harder and crunchier
