Morning Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Green Apple
  • Half a Lemon
  • A big few shakes of ground Flax Seed
  • A few shakes of Ground Ginger
  • Blueberry Juice

Directions

  1. Chop up your banana, apple and lemon into chunks that fit into your blender
  2. Add your flax seed and ginger to the mix
  3. Pour in blueberry juice to about a quarter full
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Enjoy!
