
Salad Bowl
Ingredients
- Big handful of organic lettuce leaves /organic salad leaves
- Handful of organic tomatoes
- Quarter of an organic cucumber
- Half a red pepper
- Half an avocado
- A few leaves of fresh Basil
- Hemp seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Lemon juice
- Lemon, basil, bay and juniper vinegar (or vinegar of your choice)
- Basil infused olive oil
- Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Lay you leaves on the bottom and around the edge of the bowl to create a bed of leaves.
- Chop all of the other veg and place on the leaves
- Sprinkle hemp and pumpkin seeds on top of your salad followed by chopped basil, lemon juice, lemon, basil, bay and juniper vinegar and basil infused olive oil.
- Finally, grind some black pepper on top of the salad.
- Enjoy!

Tzatziki
Ingredients
- Small handful of fresh peppermint leaves
- Quarter of an organic cucumber
- Alpro plain yoghurt
Directions
- Chop your fresh peppermint leaves and cucumber into small, fine pieces and put them in a bowl.
- Keep adding tablespoons of yoghurt to the bowl until you are happy with the balance of ingredients in your dip. I used about 5-7 spoonfuls on yoghurt.
- Enjoy!
